Sushil is a Graduate of IIT Bombay in Civil Engineering having Civil Engineering experience of 32 years. He has worked extensively in the field of Design and Construction of Bridges, Aqueducts, Power Houses, Buildings and Restoration. Apart from this he has worked in the Geotechnical field with Pressuremeter an instrument used for finding in-situ strength of Soils and rocks.

He is also keen to use his skills for creating and deploying formwork and supporting systems for Civil Engineering projects.

He also recently worked in collaboration with Tata Steel tube division to design and build Charkha, Notion of New India, installed at Cross Maidan, Mumbai.

His areas of interest include Architectural Engineering, Use of New/ Hybrid materials in Engineering, Restoration and Fine Arts.

He is a registered with MCGM as a Licensed Structural Engineer.
